mindfulness
Parenting can be tedious, not news. Standing at the playground when it feel like you are on the surface of the sun can be dull. I know this sounds selfish. I keep telling myself to be mindful of the fact this is essential for the development of my precious snowflake, but it can be lonely. Especially when u live in the city and the other adults are either crack heads or nannies!
